  1. Create an ad-hoc committee to plan, fundraise, and execute the Lodge's 90th Anniversary Celebration at the 2009 Fall Fellowship/Banquet
  2. Earn National Quality Lodge Status while emphasizing increased participation at all Lodge functions and an increase in Brotherhood conversion rate to 38%
  3. Establish a roster of current Chapter OA Troop/Team Representative Chairmen
  4. Obtain goals from all Chapter and Committees
  5. Facilitate an OA Day at Summer Camp with direct Executive Committee involvement
  6. Develop a Chapter Organization Training Program
  7. Recruit 100 participants for April's Washington/Jefferson National Forest Trail Crew
  8. Create a Conclave 2011 Committee to draft a plan to be presented at the Section Council of Chiefs in 2010
